GENTLE GROOVE

This Yoga class is a restorative flow . A slower practice and with the use of props for that extra comfort and support needed for your body. This class can be for the absolute beginner, or if your recovering from injury, if your a little older and or if your just feeling a little out of touch with your movement and just need a class to start in making a deeper connection to your body and breath.

BACK GROOVE

This class is specifically tailor made for those who suffer from spinal and musculo-skeletal problems. Our goal is to provide  sequences of gentle manoeuvers and restorative postures  that will improve your spinal mobility, postural integrity and core strength. This class will not only reconnect you on a physical level but will help you tune into your holistic self. Recommended also for the absolute beginner.

SMOOTH GROOVE

Is a unique flowing blend of movement and breath that is designed in an intelligent manner. Here you will discover and improve your own inner and outer strengths.You will steadily increase your overall flexibility and develop a clarity of thought that will assist you in every day life. Our flow class will inspire you to move forward in your practice and lift you into the right space of a more balanced mind, body and spirit . Open to all levels. Modifications will be given to those who require them. 

OPEN GROOVE

This Open Groove offers a sweet Vinyasa Flow and a deep stretch, moving into places to free up tension in mind and body. Longer holds to strengthen the muscular system but also discipline the mental state of mind. For those who are up for a little self challenge. All levels of yoga are welcome, modifications are always given.

SMOOTH GROOVE AND MEDITATION

This class is open for all levels of yoga. Modifications are given for an easier alternative. Breathing techniques and a guided meditation is given at the end of the practice. The meditation themes will differ week by week eg. letting go, cutting of the ties, shielding from negativity, healing meditations. All subjects absolutely relevant to day to day struggles and living.
