Gentle

Gentle Yoga is a great place to start when learning the absolute basics of your yoga practice. This class will introduce pranayama (breathing) technique and connecting it to the movement of your body. This is usually a standard sequence and will include the use of props and modifications.

Align

Align is short for alignment. Detailed clear instructions will be given to help guide you into the yoga asanas safely and correctly. Align classes will have you tuning into your body awareness and should be helping you cultivate core stability, endurance and mental clarity.

Open to all levels of experience.

Slow flow

This vinyasa slow flow is more meditative . The slower pace allows you to connect deeply with breath and focus more on centring and finding mental clarity.

Slowing down is not always necessarily easier.

This class is open to all levels.

Smooth flow

Our smooth flow classes will have you engaged with breath and movement . Combining a rhythmic sequence that always makes sense and is practiced at a steady graceful pace.

Our smooth flow classes practice mindfulness ,ease, strength and softness.

This class is open to all levels and encourages one to practice at your own level but gives you choice to move a little deeper in your practice and maybe even push past boundaries a little.

Progressive

Progressive flow builds from gentle ,align , slow flow and smooth flow classes . You will be guided into some intelligently structured sequences with options of inversions and arm balances. You will be shown how to move towards peak poses with complete safety and care.

Ideally this class is for more the experienced student but modifications are on offer for those who wish to keep their practice moderate but are up for a little heat .
